| This Casino building was a former Moose Lodge metal building, built in the 1970's. The process of design, remodel, and reconstruction took two and one half years due to a City Moratorium on Casinos. The fact that the Casino was remodeled in phases allowed the Casino not to loose it's license during the moratorium period. Lu designed and executed this project while he was Principal for Hospitality Facilities at Connell Design Group. | |
