This Steak House concept restaurant required a very compact and functional kitchen layout and design specification. We used a lot of "tricks" and innovation to accomplish a very functional kitchen in this historic building.
Areas of responsibility included foodservice planning, foodservice equipment specifications, foodservice equipment plumbing and electrical rough-in plans, class 1 hood system, and custom stainless steel foodservice equipment design and specification.
Lu designed and executed this project while he was Principal for Hospitality Facilities at Connell Design Group.
