The design program for this facility was to provide food service for a manufacturing plant which employees over 1,500 working three shifts.
John Fluke wanted more than you typical "Employee Cafeteria". So we designed a more restaurant style cooking line with made to order grill items, sandwiches, salad bar and deserts.
