This project was especially satisfying because we were able to work with Executive Chef David P. Kellaway, C.M.C. who is now the Executive Chef at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino Las Vegas, Nevada.
At that time there were only 52 Grand Master Chefs in the United States.
David's vision was a classic French style inspired three station cooking suite that could be ramped up throughout the different dayparts of the Hotel & Spa complex.
We were able to make David's vision a reality.
This project was completed while Lu was a designer at the Brodie / Dohrman Co.
