We were commissioned in 2006 to design the food service for this two story restaurant and bar with two concept areas.

The main floor is the Wild Snake Grill and the upper floor is Narly Jack's each floor is approx. 6,500 square feet.

The main floor kitchen has a banquet staging area for upper floor events and a blast chilling area for rapid bulk food production.
