This project was a former local public TV stations retail store. The client had been in business for over 23 years in a different city in Washington State.
Our design program called for relocating his existing business and giving him a fresh updated "look" that would enhance and improve his business in this new location.
The only items we reused from his other location were the dining chairs and the owners two deli cases.
We were responsible for all aspects of this project from Exterior Storefront design to food service planning, specifications and construction documents for permit submittal.
The client used one of our Strategic Alliance partners for the Architectural and Structural Engineering that was needed for the project.
We even recommended the General Contractor the client used.
