The design program was to create a up-scale casual restaurant concept in Seattle's Washington State Convention Center. This Restaurant is the only full service sit down restaurant in the convention center.
Lu was responsible for all phases of the project including: theme development; space planning; interior design and specifications; lighting design both custom fixtures and standard; custom millwork design both food service and architectural; and project management during the entire design and construction process.
