The design program for this casual Italian dining concept was to have a lively, elegant, and dramatic restaurant space with an open display kitchen; bar/lounge area; and two distinct dining areas.
Lu was responsible for all aspects of design including: theme development, space planning, lighting design, interior design & specifications, and all custom interior details.
Food service planning, design and specifications were done by Mr. Richard Marlow a close professional associate who worked with Lu at Westin Hotels and Bargreen/Ellingson Contract Design.
