Hawk's Prairie Restaurant has been one of the highest volume family style restaurant in the Pacific Northwest for over 35 years.

We were hired to design a total remodel package from exterior building cosmetic upgrade to full interior space planning; interior design and specifications; lighting design and specifications; and foodservice planning and specifications. (the only area that was not touched was the main kitchen)This restaurant remodel design was done during the first quarter of 2005.

Due to the extremely high volume of this restaurant they never closed the entire facility all at once but did portions in phases. They are still remodeling and should be completely finished by the end of March 2006.
