In 2004 we were hired to convert an existing closed Burger King restaurant into a Taco Time restaurant.
The building exterior was revised to reflect the "look" of other Taco Time free standing restaurants.
The interior space was gutted down to the studs and the existing exposed truss ceiling, except for the existing restrooms which were left intact and cosmetically upgraded.
We were responsible for all aspects of the design process except for: the site landscape design and planning; the foodservice planning and equipment specification (company owned Taco Time restaurants always handle the foodservice planning and equipment specifications in-house); and project management and construction administration (company owned Taco Time restaurants always handle the project management and construction administration in-house).
