The Concept was to design a themed Mexican restaurant concept that could be adapted to any tenant strip center location.
The theme ideas included: Myan stepped pyramid entry; open kitchen with tiled cook line back wall and black iron hood with standing metal seams powder coated a bright yellow; custom designed decorative light fixtures; custom designed tile floor patterns; and Mexican style furniture.
