The design program was to develop a Sushi concept for franchising. We used real fish, semi-frozen for the ink block type wall designs; paint color washes for wall design effects; back lit sogi screen type column lighting effects; and colored stainless steel, applied and carved graphics, and theme signage for exterior storefront.
